These and other questions posed by journalists will be answered by Triin Oppi, a communications adviser with the Nordic Council of Ministers' Office in Estonia.
Triin took Scandinavian studies and political science at the University of Tartu. She learnt about the media during her 5 years with the Postimees daily newspaper between 2004 and 2009, for which she worked as both a reporter and editor at the foreign news desk.
