Photo exhibition of Gotland's stone walls

A photo exhibition of Gotland's stone walls by photographer Göte Ask will be open to visitors from 8 November to 5 December 2010 at the Annelinn branch of Tartu Public Library.

The photographer about his exhibition: "Over the last years I have photographed Gotland's stone walls. For this exhibition I selected pictures that are mostly taken in the spring of 2008. Before retiring I was working as a teacher and, among other things, supervised courses on documental photography. I have also worked as a civil servant in the field on culture. Now I have a dog who has taught me to smell the flowers."

Annelinn branch of Tartu Public Library is situated at Kaunase Str 23, Tartu. Nordic Council of Ministers' Office in Estonia and Embassy of Sweden in Tallinn helped organise the exhibition. Supported by Cultural Endowment of Tartu.
