Nordic ForumThe central theme of this international conference is HIV prevention, examined from three different perspectives:
- development of a study programme and the health education challenges in different countries;
- the role of the teacher in HIV prevention and contemporary teaching methods; and
- cooperation with non-profit organisations in the field of HIV prevention.

With health education it is very important to think systematically in terms of both planning activities and creating the learning or living environment. Getting the community in step, cooperation between organisations and mutual support for activities are prerequisites for effective health education. Through a series of presentations will we place health education in a vital context, giving you the chance to look at the issue through the eyes of different partners.

The conference is designed for legislators and politicians; institutes and non-profit organisations operating in the field; representatives of unions; teachers and education specialists; and health representatives and others interested in health education.

The working languages of the conference will be Estonian, Russian and English.
