Nordic Council president : Erkki Tuomioja

Erkki Tuomioja MP from Finland will serve as President of the Nordic Council 2008. He took over from Dagfinn Höybråten of Norway at the turn of the year. Tuomioja is a former Minister of Foreign Affairs, deputy municipal manager in Helsinki and tv journalist.
