Nordic-Baltic NGO and public administration mobility programme deadlines in March

Applications for the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for NGOs are open until 15 March, and those for the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Public Administration are open until 30 March. The application rounds for both programmes take place once a year, with applications being submitted electronically.

The aim of the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for NGOs is to strengthen civic society and boost social cohesion in the Nordic countries and Baltic States. The project requires the involvement of three partners from the participating countries. Sustainable development is the priority field for 2017. Six projects received funding from the Nordic-Baltic Support Programme in 2016, to a total value of ca 50,000 euros.

Applications for support can be submitted to the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Public Administration for study trips, work placements and cooperation network meetings by state and local authority officials from all of the countries in the region. Applicants from all administrative levels (state, county, local authority and local authority unions), both individuals and groups (2-8 people), are welcome to take part. 68 projects (382 officials) received funding from the Nordic-Baltic Programme for Public Administration in 2016, to a total value of 341,289 euros.
