Identity matching is to be understood as the process when the identity of a person, when using a digital service abroad, is verified through previously registered data in that country.
The consultant that wins the bid will, among other things:
- Produce a comprehensive report on identity matching in the Nordic Baltic Region that includes identification and description of both obstacles and solutions
- Map the availability of relevant data and provide best-practice suggestions to national administrations and policy makers
- Work with relevant projects of the Cross Border Digital Services Program.
The expenditure on the services to be covered by the proposed service contract is maximum 1 500 000 DKK (excl. VAT) over the term and any possible extensions.
