Susinukke Kosola
Daniil Kozlov (b. 1991), better known by their pen name Susinukke Kosola, is a St. Petersburg-born writer living in Turku. He has published three books of poetry to critical acclaim and has received multiple awards and nominations. His third work, Varisto, is also experimental in its form of publication - the completely handwritten poetry collection cannot be purchased, it can only be obtained in exchange for a personal confession. His fourth work, Turkoosi vyöhyke (The Turqoise Zone), will be published in the fall of 2020. Kosola is also known as a spoken word poet and the founder of the Kolera Collective publishing house, which focuses on poetry and political literature. They’re also the creator of the national poetry catalog Runografi. In addition to their artistic work, they work as a teacher of creative writing at the University of Turku, among others teaching facilities, and actively works in the literary field in his area.
