The So what? conference invited people to discuss whether valuing diversity and equal opportunities in management would help Estonian companies achieve new competitive advantages, was held from 1 pm to 5 pm on 20 November at Swissôtel, Tallinn.

The discussion at the So what? conference was opened by Minister of Social Affairs and Equality of Iceland Ásmundur Einar Daðason; Risto E. J.
