  EU members will be in the middle of the drafting of these plans, which will be finalized by January 2019. Some countries may have already submitted drafts for consultation. We will get good examples and a better understanding of where the countries are in the process. This will be an exchange of good practice between Nordic and Baltic countries both at the government administrative level and at the business level.
