Admirers of good food and drink from Estonia, the other Baltic States and the Nordic countries are all welcome to take part in the conference 'Inspired by Ingredients'. The joint conference of the Estonian Chefs Association, the Estonian Sommelier Association and the Nordic Council of Ministers' Office in Estonia is dedicated to the use of local raw ingredients in everyday cooking.

The conference will see chefs, drink manufacturers, producers and farmers discussing the origins, quality and exciting uses for the raw ingredients that make it onto our dinner tables on a daily basis..

The event was inspired by the Nordic countries' joint food and culture programme 'New Nordic Food', which brings together identity, gastronomy, business, tourism, design, law-making and regional cooperation.

Further information about the event is available here.
