Tallinn will become the absolute centre of European gastronomy for the day when the first international food conference Food for Future is held in Tallinn. Participants can listen to three lectures on subjects that make them think, open their eyes, ignite the desire to act, touch the borders of imagination, raise the pulse and make them believe in themselves.

Subjects of the conference: Nordic food – Estonia's opportunity; food tourism; molecular gastronomy today; food and design.

Participants:
- Fergus Henderson (St John): visionary from London who makes meals from everything between the nose and the tail
- Albert Adria (El Bulli): world-famous expert of molecular gastronomy and innovative pastry specialist
