27.11.2012 until 28.11.2012
Helsinki, Finland
Merle Kuusk (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)

This conference, which is being organised by the Finnish ombudsman for minorities and the Nordic Council of Ministers, will look at different aspects of work-related human trafficking. It is designed to raise awareness among those attending and to distribute information among the parties involved: the roles they play, the responsibilities they assume and the opportunities that are open to them.

The conference is aimed at officials (police, the prosecutor's office, the court system and occupational health and safety boards), politicians and national and international NPOs from the Nordic countries.

If any such parties in Estonia are interested in attending the event, please contact Merle Kuusk.

The working languages of the conference will be the Scandinavian languages, with simultaneous interpretation into English, Finnish and Russian.
Attendance is free of charge (excluding transport and accommodation costs), but registration is required by 1 November 2012 at the latest.
