The conference initiated by the Nordic Council of Ministers Committee of Senior Officials for Energy Policy is set to discuss EU's Energy Union perspectives and implementation in the Nordic countries and Baltic states. The overarching aim is to underpin smart decision-making on the regional level.

How to define new policies at EU level, regional level and in individual member states is being discussed at the moment and 2016 should be the year of delivery. At the Nordic-Baltic conference in Tallinn two thematic dimensions of the Energy Union will be discussed more specifically: energy efficiency and renewable energy.

Invited speakers from International Energy Agency, EU Commission, Nordic and Baltic government institutions and private sector shall put forward their reasoning.

First and foremost, the conference is aimed at civil servants, experts and respective entrepreneurs. For experts and civil servants we offer assistance in developing and fine-tuning policy design or regulatory affairs strategies, research best practices and compare policies; analyse the impact of actual and proposed regulations. Entrepreneurs can expect guidance in understanding policy trends and impacts, assessing attractiveness and emergence of markets, execute strategic planning and resource allocation.
