September 11, the culinary and hospitality world professionals are warmly welcome to SAUCE Forum, taking place in Estonian National Museum, Tartu.

SAUCE Forum is a high-level food event that is being held in Estonia for the third consecutive year. In previous years its has attracted big names in the culinary world: Massimo Bottura, Magnus Nilsson, Christian Puglisi and Sasu Laukkonen and many others. SAUCE is a community and platform for chefs and other restaurant and hospitality professionals from every position and culture who are looking towards a better future for themselves and others, built around food and service.

This year, we are proud to present Sigurlaug Sverrisdottir from Iceland as one of the speakers. Sigurlaug Sverrisdottir is the founder of unique and world-wide known ION Adventure and ION City Hotels chain in Iceland that holds sustainability, authenticity, nature and all things local as the key to their business and hotel experience.
