So what? conference

Discussions of equal opportunities are becoming more and more heated in Estonia. However, the question of what dealing with this would give to our companies has not been answered yet. The So what? conference, which invites people to discuss whether valuing diversity and equal opportunities in management would help Estonian companies achieve new competitive advantages, will be held from 1 pm to 5 pm on 20 November at Swissôtel, Tallinn.

The discussion at the So what? conference is opened by Minister of Social Affairs and Equality of Iceland Ásmundur Einar Daðason; Risto E. J. Penttilä (Nordic West Office, Finland), Christian Berg (Allbright Stiftung), Sara Salmani (Miltton), Marina Kaljurand, Larissa Shabunova (Fortaco Eesti OÜ) and others.
