The third edition of Ideas-Flavours-Experiences will be exploring the chefs, innovators and thought leaders in their respective fields. Experts from hospitality field will give an overview of the situation in the Baltics and Nordics.
The White Guide will announce their restaurant list and the Estonian Sommelier Association the best Estonian handicraft drinks of this year. There will be a Junimperium Trophy cocktail competition.
