Overview of the Nordic-Baltic Green Growth Partnership Forum 'Planning Resilient and Livable Regions' compiled Madis Tilga, Project Manager and Adviser with the Nordic Council of Ministers' Office in Estonia.

The Rohevik or Green Growth Forum featured three parallel sessions which all delivered interesting insights. Trying to pinpoint the underlying message of all three sessions, the bottom line reads: adaptability is the key. Planning is a process; it requires constant re-thinking, interaction with surroundings and an ever-expanding range of stakeholders. The vehicle that drove us here will not necessarily take us any further.
