Jevgeni Timoštšuk: “Everyone can take a more Nordic approach to life one step at a time”

It is fair to say that Jevgeni Timoštšuk – the Programme Coordinator for the Narva branch of the Nordic Council of Ministers’ Office in Estonia – gets around. Born and raised in Narva, he can be found MCing a huge number of events, breathing life into the cultural scene in the city and, for the seventh year running, promoting Nordic culture and values to its residents.
